Excellent Location, Chic Hotel

good pressure body scrub excellent housekeeping amazing performance

The bathroom had great water pressure. I liked that the hotel provided a body scrub. Shampoo and conditioner made my hair soft. The hotel location is near the Cathedral and Galleria. It is only a short walk. Staff quickly arranged taxis. The room was clean. Housekeeping was excellent. The price performance was amazing for the hotel, room, and team.

The breakfast service was accommodating to my needs. A staff member named Ruddy cared for us well with drinks. The breakfast was great. There were welcome drinks upon arrival.

Acceptable stay, some issues

thick blankets small gym

The location proved convienient to the Duomo.

I found the air conditioning difficult to adjust, as it was hard to keep a cool temperature. The provided blankets were too thick, so I felt too hot with them. the gym was quite small, it only has a treadmill, a bike and cross trainer.
